Light Amlou yogurt parfait topped with fruit and granola

Light Amlou yogurt (5 min)

Serves: 1 bowl

Ingredients :

  • 150–170 g of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of Amlou Light
  • 1 small banana or a few strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of granola or nuts
  • Honey (optional)

Steps:

  1. Mix the yogurt and the Amlou Light (marbled or homogeneous).
  2. Add the fruit, then the granola/nuts. A drizzle of honey if desired.

Tip: perfect “on the go” in a jar.

Serves: 1–2 crepes

Ingredients :

  • 1 plain crepe (or baghrir/msemen)
  • 1–2 tbsp Traditional Amlou
  • Sliced ​​almonds or sesame seeds (optional)

Steps:

  1. Spread the crepe generously with amlou.
  2. Sprinkle with almonds/sesame, roll tightly and cut into slices.

Tip: 10 seconds in the microwave for an ultra-melty center.

Banana wrap with chocolate Amlou (5 min)

Serves: 1 wrap

Ingredients :

  • 1 wheat tortilla
  • 1–2 tbsp of Chocolate Amlou
  • 1 banana

Steps:

  1. Spread the chocolate amlou on the tortilla.
  2. Place the whole banana on top, roll it up like a maki, then slice.

Tip: 1 min in a panini grill = crispy exterior, melting center.

Peanut Amlou Energy Balls (10 min + rest)

Serves: 8–10

Ingredients :

  • 3 tablespoons of Amlou Peanuts
  • 80g of oat flakes
  • 6 pitted Medjool dates (or 10 small ones)

Steps:

  1. Mix (or chop and then knead) all the ingredients until a paste is obtained.
  2. Shape into balls and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.

Tip: They can be kept for 1 week in a cool place in an airtight container.
