Allergens
Contains almonds (tree nuts).
May contain traces of other tree nuts and peanuts.
Due to the presence of honey, this product is not recommended for children under one year of age.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light. After opening, reseal the jar tightly and store under the same conditions.
Natural oil separation may occur over time. This is completely normal: simply stir well before serving.
The texture of amlou naturally varies with temperature: it will be softer at room temperature and firmer when cold.
After opening, ideally consume within 6 months.
